Our Return Policy
| Although we strive to put out the best possible product we can, at the best possible prices we can, problems or mistakes do arise from time to time. In the event of a re-print, all of the original order must be returned. If you need to return an order we will either re-print the order or give you the amount of the order in credit. Re-prints or credits will only be given if the error is found to be 100% our error. All claims must be submitted to us in writing no later than 10 days after the date you received the order. All reprints will be subject to our current turn around time. For legal purposes, the venue for any dispute shall be Winona County, Minnesota U.S.A.
